Seasonair provided base build air conditioning throughout this 2 storey large office building including VRV heat recovery systems and ventilation to the bathroom areas.

Multiple fit-outs were undertaken within the surgery practice, which consisted of several chilled/heating water AHUs served by a common Polyvalent 4 pipe chiller. The fit-out also required the use of “HEPA” filters due to the high filtration required within surgical facilities. Medical gas facilities including oxygen, suction, medical air, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide were also installed.
