The first “market style” Woolworths of its kind in South Australia. Seasonair was just one of a handful of nominated contractors capable of performing Woolworths’ installations. As the preferred and successful contractor, the team was required to condition the store via multiple packaged units, incorporating exposed circular ducting. The works also included back of house stand alone and VRV style air conditioning, as well as general ventilation and exhaust facilities to bathroom and back of house areas. Kitchen exhausts able to accommodate the requirements associated with Woolworths custom cookers, coupled with the integration of custom built stainless steel hoods, was another requirement of the job. Smoke exhaust fans and automated louvres were specified and addressed fire mitigation solutions.
